Orders and RETURN POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
We have relationships with USPS, FEDEX and UPS to deliver your package. All available options will be shown as you complete your order on the website. If for any reason you need special handling or your preferred carrier is not represented please feel free to give us a call or email us to help. Shipping transit times shown on the website are directly from each carrier and are not a guarantee of delivery but an estimated delivery time period. Customers are responsible for their shipment at the time the package is received by the carrier and/or receive tracking information. Utrition, llc/Utrition.net is not responsible for your package once a delivery confirmation is provided by a carrier.
Returns & Replacements
Once an order is placed on our website or over the phone it is usually processed very quickly. In the event you need to cancel or change an order you will need to call or email us within 1 hour of submitting that order. If your order has not been shipped or processed yet we can provide you a full refund for your order. It may take your bank 2-5 business days or more to return your funds to your card or account. Once orders have been processed we cannot cancel or change them nor can we redirect or stop them once they are in transit with a carrier. You will have to wait until your order arrives and contact us. We will provide you an RMA(RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) number to return your unused or defective item. We cannot accept returns without an RMA#. Once received we will contact you to determine if you would like an exchange, replacement or refund of the item. Defective items will be sent to us using our return postage label. In the event you need to return an item you do not wish to keep that is not defective, you are responsible for shipping that item back to our facility. We will make every effort to help you in these situations. Please contact us immediately if you feel you need to make a change, are unhappy with a product or need to cancel an order. Due to the nature of these health products not all items are returnable. Opened items are not returnable. You will have 14 days to contact us in the event you need to return an unwanted item and would like a refund or exchange. You will have 30 days to contact us in the event you have received a defective item and need a refund or replacement.
We offer a few ways to place your order with us. You can use our website to place your order online using our secure checkout process or call us at (908) 824-7697 to place an order over the phone. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders and wire transfers. Orders made using check or money order will be held until those funds clear.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for your order is required in all instances before your order will be shipped. Both Pricing and Promotions on certain items will be available on our website and are subject to change. Please review all Pricing and Promotions before placing your order.
You can view your orders on the website at any time by logging into your account. We urge all customers to create an account so that you will have all of your information provided to you when you log in each time. In the event you are unable to find your order information please give us a call and any of our team members can help you with your order.
Updating Account Information
All customers must keep their account information updated as your order will be shipped to the most up to date address you have provided. Please check all of your account information before each order. Utrition.net will not be responsible for shipments sent to your address on record.
